- Promotion is available to new LifeVantage Customers and Consultants who Subscribe to the MindBody GLP-1 System for 3 consecutive months starting on or after April 1, 2025, and reside in the US, EU, UK, MX, AU, NZ, TH, and JP.
- If the free product is redeemed, the qualifying Subscription cannot be returned for a refund.
- Free products can only be redeemed 30–45 days after receiving third Subscription.
- Order cannot be placed or paid for by the personal sponsor and/or upline.
- All qualifiers are subject to a Sales and Compliance review prior to receiving the award.
